Crown fractured root with cavity. extraction and immediate placement of implant is scheduled.

 

Radiographic view shows a sigmoid  shape of root. It will not east to extract preserving suoorunding bone.

 

                    Piezo-electric (ultrasonic) surgery machine is used for easier extraction.

                                             The root is removed clearly.

Owing to ultrasonic surgery system,  canal treated root was extracted remaining adjacent alveolar bone.

                             An implant was placed. Initial stability is less than 10Ncm.

                                      Spline system (D /L   mm), Zimmer Company.

 

Iimplant connector is removed and cover screw is engaged

 

 

 

                               grafting material;beta-TCP- Combios made by Silfradent, Italy.

                                                          Grafting is tried

CGF, (Medifuse, Silfradent company Italy)

                                                                               

                                  CGF membrane is overlaid on the grafted area.

 

The surgical site is covered with non-resorbable membrane (Opened Membrane Method) instead of primarary closure.

                                                           Tied.

                                        10days later

 

                                                    The suture was removed

                                                                           

                                                             17days later.

   

 

                               23days later. The membrane is removed by tweezer.

 

 

 

 

 

 

                                                  34days later.

 

 

 

                                             5months later on the day of 2nd surgery.
